Job Description
Greet customers. Help customers find items in the store. Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
Provide customers with information about items. Ring up purchases.
Elevate complaints to management. Keep track of inventory.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, expertise in PERFUMES AND MAKE-UP. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
