Ezy Service Centre Corporation is seeking for a Salesforce System Admin Assistant to join our client on a full-time
basis and form part of an exciting journey that is redefining the way they service their global customers. The
incumbent will be expected to showcase his/her craft across cutting edge digital projects that are both complex
and exciting.
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the Salesforce system requirements and customize the
platform. You will be working with other stakeholders and developers on different layers of the infrastructure.
Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is
essential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure optimal performance and utilisation of Salesforce.
· Create and manage user profiles, including permission sets and groups.
· Provide administrative and training support to users by helping resolve any current system issues being
experienced.
· Help research and configure technical system change requests.
· Assist with system functionality testing.
· Perform data updates, maintenance and quality assurance checks.
· Develop Salesforce training material and process flow documents.
· Prepare reports and dashboards.
SKILLS AND TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Salesforce certified administrator
A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous.
2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
