Position Overview: As a QA Engineer (consultant) your main goal is to ensure the quality of application by checking the requirements and the application, ensures accurate reporting when finding defects or bugs, help the Lead QA in improving and main Duties and Responsibilities: Helps in defining appropriate test strategy for the project Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design to ensure testability of the product Track and report testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines and others Ensure content and structure of all QA documents are documented and maintained Perform Test Strategy and Test Case Review Must have a "test to break" mentality Handle and manage the SQA staging environment Provide an accurate status report to the project lead consultant Participate in SQA Task estimation and Risk Analysis on Technical/Projects handled Helps in formulate and manage initiatives to increase skills, quality and efficiency of the team Any other work-related duties that may be assigned, such as, but not limited to: Perform a demo of the cases that will be deployed to production Potential Project Role: Can be assigned as Lead Consultant in the project(s) Can be assigned as requirements analyst in the project(s) Can be assigned as Lead QA Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent Experience: At least 3 years or Quality Assurance experience At least 2 years of Quality Assurance related task in Salesforce
