Responsibilities :
Assist business teams in defining, tracking, and optimizing business processes and tools for global KPIs
Proactively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and Implement enhancements
Keep current on new CRM features to create recommendations for best practices and utilization of the system
Own administration, training, and documentation for sales and productivity tools. Ensure proper activity reporting and CRM update. Perform daily administration and support of Saleforce.com including user set up, assigning profiles, roles, permission sets etc.
Create and customize reports and dashboards
Manage complex workflow rules, validations and triggers and create and manage custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflow rules, reports and dashboard
Prepare training plans, materials and documentation for end users customers, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate ongoing training sessions
Manage marketing platform and other tools to support sales activities, improve efficiency of commercial cycles and facilitate access to communication contents
Handle proper segmentation of targets and prospective clients, design prospective approach flow, analyze and interpret campaign outputs and key commercial indicators
Monitor prospect engagement with marketing collaterals and liaise with Business Development team member for appropriate sales actions
Required Skills :
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Marketing
Entry level experience implementing Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar, fast-based environment; specifically, experience in tools administration and project or process management.
Experience in Market Analysis, Business Intelligence, Strategic marketing and business development
Experience in Sales, Sales support or basic knowledge of commercial/sales cycle
