Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include:
Provide technical development, guidance and support across company's salesforce platform including managed packages: Communities, Skuid, Conga, Cloud Lending and Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM
Owning the conversion of business objectives and desired outcomes into best-practice Salesforce architectural solutions - including both declarative and programmatic solutions
Articulation of solution business value to key stakeholders and collaboration with non-technical team members to ensure success
Monitor system logs and error handling of Salesforce
Develop, deploy, monitor and maintain custom development including 3rd party integrations.
Work across areas of Salesforce development (Lightning, Visualforce pages, Apex classes & triggers, Apex test classes etc.)
Construction of Salesforce Web Services and integration with external APIs (RESTful/SOAP) and integrating with 3rd party systems
Co-ordinate with 3rd party product development teams when necessary to ensure successful integration project delivery and represent the organisation's technical interests
Maintaining high code test coverage, code hygiene and strong code documentation practices
Maintaining your professional accreditation standards and actively advising the organisation on new features and capabilities of the platform
Strategically align digital capabilities to support business growth.
Requirements:
3+ years salesforce developer experience preferably in Financial Services
Required Salesforce Certifications - Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2
Preferred Salesforce Qualifications - JavaScript Developer 1

Required Trailhead Superbadges - Apex Specialist, Advanced Apex Specialist, Data Integration Specialist, Process Automation Specialist. Aura Components Specialist.
Preferred experience with Communities, Skuid, Conga, Cloud Lending and Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Proven track record of solving complex and/or technical issues
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders and be proactive in a complex environment
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to be organised, to prioritise and to meet deadlines
