A Salesforce Developer will develop a customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development
Understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce lightning, Security implementations.
Salesforce lighting experience is mandatory (Lightning Design System (LDS), and Lightning Components development including LWC)
Complete understanding of governor limits
Has experience in writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers
Fluent with SOSL/SOQL and Workflows
Hands on experience with Tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX tool kit
Has experience in migration of all the Customizations including Custom Configurations, packages, and other objects from Sandbox to Production environment
Customizations of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Approval Processes
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Job Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate with both client and Onshore team(s)
Manage project implementation and customization
Identify and manage risks, communicate and mitigate
Ensure that all project status reporting is accurate and timely at agreed frequency
Efficiently control the project making sure that the delivery timelines are met
Identify stakeholders and put together a communication plan to manage stakeholder expectations
Accountable for the quality of the product delivered
