We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team in a functional consultant capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and optimizing Salesforce platforms, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. This role will be central to managing the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce system, gathering business requirements, and ensuring effective system usage across teams.Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
Act as a functional consultant, working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automations
Perform user management (profiles, roles, permissions) and system configurations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and ongoing data hygiene within the Salesforce platform
Provide training and support to users, improving adoption and best practices
Assist in testing, documentation, and change management for Salesforce-related projects
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant
Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), and standard objects
Experience with user support, training, and system troubleshooting
Ability to gather and document business requirements and propose Salesforce-based solutions
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; other Salesforce certifications are a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
