The Salesforce Administrator should be experienced in the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, hold a Salesforce Certification, and be able to manage a multi-tenant organization.
As Salesforce Administrator, You Will...
Manage development backlog, tenant expectations and user licenses
Gather and document requirements for multiple business areas
Configure the Salesforce platform to meet requirements
Collaborate within and between teams with the ability to communicate effectively
Understand and articulate the "What" and "Why" of each user-story, and prioritize accordingly
Assist, train and communicate implementations subsequent release management processes
Develop strong business relationships by liaising with internal stakeholders, as well as external industry peers and organizations
Create and manipulate data in sheets for data loader importing
Implement and create multiple reports and dashboards across different programs
Manage tri-annual releases, including risk assessments and enhancement recommendations
Requirements
As Salesforce Administrator, You Have...
A post-secondary degree or certificate, preferably in Business Management
A combination of education and work experience will also be considered
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Minimum one Salesforce Certification (required)
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience as a Business/System Analyst (asset)
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
Advanced decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and review potential impacts
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
Leadership skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and gain credibility with others
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to follow through
