We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Engineering, Marketing & Product (EMP) team. If you enjoy being a Trailblazer in uncharted technology territory and are looking to grow your career, we're looking for you and will help you thrive and get you to where you want to be.
As a part of the role, you will engage with all teams across the organisation (sales, accounting, support, customer success, operations, marketing, product management) to facilitate the smooth administration of our Salesforce instance and craft an amazing experiences for our team.
Responsibilities
Internal user championship - be the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce and support team members with best practices and tips on Salesforce usage, including training, and documentation of processes, policies, work instructions and configuration.
Salesforce configuration - maintain profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, workflows, validations, automations, page layouts, custom objects and fields, etc.
Salesforce administration & maintenance - user management, user onboarding, system maintenance, security, data integrity, duplicate management, backups, capacity and storage management, etc.
Business analysis - build out reporting capabilities to aid management, identify improvements for current process and help with requirements gathering and solution design and implementation. Support the project teams with analysis, investigation and release with approved changes
ADM-201 Certification
Supporting, documenting and delivering training for internal Salesforce users in a fast-paced environment. Managing Salesforce data security, integrity and quality
Reporting, analysis, process optimisation
Experience working with Salesforce Engineers re all the above
Requirements
Salesforce skills with a good understanding of data management, data modelling, and Salesforce configuration, that you can demonstrate either with professional experience as a Salesforce Admin or with your Salesforce Admin 201 certification.
Great organisational & time management skills
Great communication skills & experience in delivering seminars & training
Self-starters who can work effectively individually and with team members toward project objectives
Excited about facing new challenges with an interest in up-skilling and growing a career
Experience in a sales operations or operations experience in finance a big plus
