Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the administration of the company's Salesforce platform including Pardot, Conga, Cloud Lending and other AppExchange products
Provide technical development, guidance, and support across company's salesforce platform including managed packages: Communities, Skuid, Conga, Cloud Lending and Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM
Drive the identification, design, build and deployment of improvements to the lending and servicing processes that can be automated or streamlined
Owning the conversion of business objectives and desired outcomes into best-practice Salesforce solutions
Articulation of solution business value to key stakeholders and collaboration with non-technical team members to ensure success
Monitor system logs and error handling of integrations and resolve lending files unable to be processed
Co-ordinate with 3rd party product development teams when necessary to ensure successful integration project delivery into the production instance
Maintaining high configuration test coverage, configuration hygiene and strong documentation practices
Maintaining your professional accreditation standards and actively advising the organisation on new features and capabilities of the platform
Requirements
3+ years salesforce administration experience preferably in Financial Services
Preferred experience with Salesforce Communities, Skuid, Conga, Cloud Lending and Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Familiar with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD principles
Proven track record of solving complex and/or technical issues
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders and be proactive in a complex environment
Worked in agile teams and familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket to manage requirements, solution documentation and code/configuration workbooks
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high level of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to be organised, to prioritise and to meet deadlines
Ability to align with high-performance culture and make a positive impact on our operations, people and culture
