Reporting to General Manager, Customer Innovation and Technology you will join a newly formed team playing a key role to ensure customers are at the center of everything we do by overseeing our Salesforce system that is a key enabler for our customers to communicate with us and you will work within Entain's Customer Experience team.
Collaborating internally within the department across our support team, you will be dedicated to ensuring technology delivered has a positive impact on our customers and enables our people to deliver exceptional experiences.
