The Salesforce Administrator supports the company's B2B divisions, collaborating with internal members of IT team including Help Desk which receives incidents and requests from Sales, Service and Marketing. The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Enterprise Solutions Architect and Salesforce Architect, supporting the day-to-day business functions, reporting, systems integrations, and various projects. The Salesforce Administrator must be proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and other key business applications like ServiceMax.
Key Duties & Responsibilities * You will own the Salesforce Support Queue from intake to issue resolution, helping with the creation and administration of reports and dashboards
You will be expected to handle the configuration of new and existing Salesforce features including system configuration, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades, data integrity, deployments, and security
You will own integrations/ongoing support across varying platforms such as CRMs, sales automation/enablement solutions, telephony solutions, internal software, and service/support platforms
Perform Salesforce administrator functions including maintenance/updates, system backups, security, roles, profiles, permissions, and groups.
Administering Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support evolving custom business processes.
All aspects of the user, security, access, and license management
Assist in the deployment, and preparation of training documents related to platform changes, and new features to end-users i.e., one-one
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer with the proper approval process
Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, e-mail, and in-person technical support requests from associates professionally and courteously to facilitate timely resolution
The ability to prepare technical documentation, and develop business user training on functionality and custom solutions

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of strong Salesforce Platform hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud
ServiceMax experience would be desirable but not mandatory
Strong Salesforce interest and ability to quickly learn and adapt new custom business solutions
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, flows, custom views and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
Strong data management ability
Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred.
Knowledge and experience with Lightning.
Work with our Salesforce development team helping enhance processes for support, administrative tasks, development, and change management
