Required Skills/Experience
At least 3 years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst
Experience in the Salesforce platform including administration, configuration, and
development
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
Great communication skills (oral and written) and experience communicating across business
and technical teams
Proven ability to deliver projects and initiatives in a fast paced and date driven environment
Experience working on a highly visible, complex, and business critical portfolio.

I would not recommend working for this company. They offer and advertise to you a Salary Package (let's say 50K) but fail to mention that this includes an attendance bonus. They should pay you 50K + att. bonus. There are no career opportunities in OA and they do not do additional training to benefit your job nor a career (from my experience). The HMO is also the cheapest, one can think of, with only ONE dependent. Management likes to kiss the butts. OA is mostly contracting people.
