JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Upselling. Increasing the number of invoices we issue to each client on average over time.
Maximizing revenue from existing customers by encouraging them to purchase additional products or
services.
2. Cross Selling. Introduce complementary services that enhance the value of the client's existing
purchases.
3. Needs Analysis. Conduct a thorough analysis of the client's current usage and requirements.
4. Collaboration. Collaborate with the marketing team to align upselling and cross-selling initiatives with
overall business strategies.
5. Negotiation. Negotiate terms and conditions for upselling or cross-selling agreements. Address client
concerns and objections effectively.
6. Documentation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Document upselling and cross-selling success stories for future reference.
7. Sales Presentations. Clearly communicate the value proposition and return on investment for the client.
8. Feedback Loop. Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with additional products or
services.
9. Product Knowledge. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services. Develop indepth knowledge of the company's products or services
QUALIFICATION:
1. At least 2-3 years BPO experience
2. Knows how to operate basic Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 3. Knows how to operate email systems (i.e. Outlook, Gmail, Teams, Hangouts)
4. Knows how to operate basic telephone systems (i.e. Avaya, Zoiper)
SKILLS
*Proficient in computer
*Well-versed in MS Word/excel/ppt application
*Adept in Google Sheets
*Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in VA or Customer Service is a plus
