Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Communication / Education, Engineering or equivalent.
With at least 3-5 years experience related to Sales Training in the Automotive Industry, Teaching or similar business
Preferably with supervisory experience in Training function
Must have excellent writing & effective communication skills
Proficient in MS windows program & Learning Management System
Preferably able to drive a 4 wheel vehicle, with a valid driver's license
