Conducts learning and development needs assessment in partnership with the Talent Management team;
Design and faciliates programs that address identified needs;
Receives assignments from Talent Management team on central organization programs (e.g. on-boarding, culture development, engagement, etc.)
Will handle the training of the Residential Development Team, with specialization on sales training
Strong background in learning design in implementing entire training cycle process (learning needs analysis, module design, facilitation and evaluation);
Must have experience in sales training;
Strong interpersonal and client servicing skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Ability to shift gears and adapt to address ever-changing training needs;
