Job Responsibilities:
SALES
Equipment Sales
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members to achieve on time delivery of customer orders.
Attend to any customer queries regarding their orders.
Maintain and update customer records in WooCommerce, Pipedrive, Xero, and Kartra, ensuring information is both accurate and current.
Compile and conduct basic analysis on monthly sales data to provide feedback and reports to the CEO and sales team.
Program Coordination
Coordinate the handover process of programs from the sales team to the education team.
Coordinate the scheduling of face-to-face programs and conferences for the education team - booking instructors, travel, event briefs, venue and catering requirements, RSVPs, etc.
Issue customer satisfaction surveys and direct feedback to relevant team members.
Ensure all reporting for deals is conducted before closing out the project.
Sales Administration
Ensure all invoices are issued, and work with the CEO and bookkeeper to manage debtors and creditors.
Work with the bookkeeper to reconcile the accounts in Xero.
Ensure all supplier invoices are correct, and sent to the bookkeeper for payment. PARTNERSHIP SUPPORT
Work with the CEO and sales team to manage all active partnerships, ensuring that all agreements are actioned, milestones are recorded, and reports are provided.
Requirements
Must have at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in business or event administration
Proven experience in customer engagement or sales support roles
Ability to juggle multiple projects and work assignments, competing deadlines and varied timeframes in which projects are delivered.
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to prioritise, problem solve, and plan.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Experience with digital tools. The tools we use are Wordpress, WooCommerce, Kartra, PipeDrive, Xero, Zoom, Slack, Google suite.
