About the role:
There currently exists an exciting opportunity to fill the role of Sales Support within our growing team. This position will suit an individual who has strong organisational qualities, has relevant IT or Telco industry experience and is very customer focused. Having an optimistic outlook, strong communication skills and professional work ethic is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to Sales Team
Establish trusted relationships with Channel Partners and Customers
Prepare quotations and respond to requests for service
Order hardware and software from Distributors and Vendors
Engage appropriate resources to progress opportunities
Providing excellent customer service
Foster a solution focused culture
Continual improvement of sales processes
Requirements
Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience working in an IT or telecommunications industry is preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of networking and communication technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy through all hierarchical levels of an organization
Demonstrated experience in managing customer relations and liaising effectively with external suppliers and service providers
