Coordination with purchasing, shipping, and returns departments.
Reaching out to vendors for pricing and additional information
Assisting the inside and outside sales teams with related tasks and processes
Knowledgeable in MS Word and MS Excel Spreadsheet.
Creating Sell Sheets and tracking and monitoring of orders.
Supporting Other Sales Representative and their needs.
Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in inbound sales or sales support-related position
Preferably a graduate of Management, Marketing, or related courses
Has excellent oral and written communication skills and can interact across multiple departments and with clients
Must be organize, can effectively manage time and can prioritize tasks
Must be able to thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to plan, organize and have problem solving skills
Provide excellent customer service and has professional phone skills/manners
Must be amenable to work in Ortigas Center
Open to work in shifting schedule (Day, Mid, Night).
Amenable to Hybrid/Onsite Work Setup
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, night shift.

Responsibilities:
Order processing of all sales orders
Returns processing
Customer service including invoice, order ETAs, tracking requests.
