Ability to manage complex customer operational issues
Assist or perform core and general order fulfillment tasks for Lexis Nexis products and provide professional communication with internal and external customers.
Assist with the processing of requests from the SFDC queue. This includes basic ID maintenance/creation; generating reports and answering content queries within the Federal Government space
Effectively communicate with internal customers fostering collaborative relationships among different teams.
Supports the Sales Operation Analyst in generating reports as requested by the TCM's or Sales reps and the BU
