Job Description
 
Represent the company's products and high standard of services
Identifying and applying sales advancement opportunities
Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customer
Present, promote and sell products
Create seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Coordinate with Marketing and creative departments to establish Social media presence and campaigns
Oversee any outsourced sales representatives, ensuring they are knowledgeable on the product and Shepard's standard of service
Oversee Retail shop operations
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
 
Graduate of any 4-year course
With 2-4 years of work experience within retail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - English and Filipino
Fast learner, ability to absorb information quickly and adopt new working system
Flexible, Honest, Team player, and with high regard of integrity
Organize, Passionate and Tech savvy
Willing to be assign in Lahug Cebu City
Computer Skills: MS Office (word and excel), Power Point
