Summary of Functions
 
A Sales Supervisor oversees the Sales Team in making sure the overall company sales objective is met.
 
Functions: 
Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
Provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales.
Conducts visitation to accounts/area of distribution.
Coordinates sales activities from all areas for timely update of sales.
Follow-up delinquent accounts.
Manages the sales agents.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
College graduate, preferably with a degree in sales and marketing or business administration
Excellent selling skills, including closing ability, strong negotiation, as well as excellent people skills
Distribution and retail sales experience is an advantage
Excellent leadership skill
Ability to multi-task
Willing to travel
