Roles/Duties
• Thoroughly understand the goods and services offered by the company
• Liaise with customers through professional verbal and written correspondence to build a professional network
• Applying sales and marketing techniques to generate business prospects for the company
• Collect market data and analyse market trends to generate relevant reports
• Identify competitors to improve the company’s prospects
• Identify and target the needs of current and potential clients 
• Conduct product orientation sessions
• Work with Sales Assistants and Sales Associates
