SALES STAFF
Purpose of Job/ Responsibilities:
Represent the company's products and high standard of services
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Generate leads and build relationships by calling on existing and potential customers
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and be able to discuss available options to customer
Present, promote and sell products - creating seasonal promotions to capture customer audience
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
1-3 years work experience within retail
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written - English and Filipino
Fast learner, ability to absorb information quickly and adopt new working systems
Flexible
Team player

Tech Savvy
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (word and excel), Power point
