SALES STAFF/STOCK CLERK
 
Job Qualifications:
College graduate or must possess at least 2 years study any business-related course.
Preferably with work experience in selling products in department stores.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be assertive, confident and dynamic.
Must be computer literate.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in sales
Duties:
SELL MERCHANDISE: Convince customers to purchase items by creating good shopping experiences (service, product, ambience)
SELL TO CUSTOMERS: Smile, greet customers & encourage them to buy items by presenting features & benefits & offering latest promotions
DISPLAY ITEMS: Display complete assortment of items in the selling area based on official guidelines & put away items handled by customers
CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS: Inspect items for damage, wrong/lost price tags or stock-outs during off-peak hours; alert stock clerk for pull-out or replenishment
ASSIST CUSTOMERS: Answer customer questions or complaints & assist before or after a sale; give shopping carts or
escort to counters
Answer customer questions via email or skype inquiry
CLEAN THE SELLING AREA: Clean the assigned selling pads during off-peak hours including the items on display & Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by management
