JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
This role will require you to manage your designated sales territory, selling a range of specialty Water Treatment products. NCH delivers tailored, environmentally friendly water and wastewater treatment solutions that ensure that your business is compliant with all relevant regulations and eliminate that risk. They also facilitate the safe and dependable operation of your important water systems. We are looking for individuals who have the ability to proactively cold call on potential accounts and generate new business opportunities in order to grow your sales territory, whilst also managing and growing an existing account.
What you will do:
Identify and close sales opportunities with new customers
Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers, identifying opportunities in which to grow the accounts
Deliver product demonstrations to potential customers
Provide first class customer service levels
Complete and manage all customer orders using relevant company technology
Co-ordinate and attend review meetings at customer sites
Organize and plan diary effectively to maximize time on sales calls
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
College degree of any 4-year course (preferably Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering)
Industrial sales experience is a plus but not required.
Knowledgeable with Water treatement.
Willing to do Field Work
Good communication skills
Willing to learn new selling methodologies
Self-starter, enthusiastic, loyal, and eager to learn
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
What you have experienced:
Previous sales experience is advantageous; however, we are also keen to speak to people with other customer facing experience and looking for their first opportunity in a sales role.
Highly personable with strong relationship building skills
Able to communicate effectively across all levels
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Pro-active and tenacious approach
Competitive nature
Strong work ethic
Desire to exceed sales targets
Willing to learn
