Sales Specialist (Night Shift)
As Sales Specialist, your key responsibilities are:
Deliver Sales Plan/Goal
Manage Customer Relationship
Maintain acceptable sales margin
Ensure business continuity by mentoring high potential members
As Sales Specialist, you are expected (but not limited to):
Know your numbers (Sales Goal vs ATG)
Be aware of performance vs expectation on leading metrics
Ensure proper data capture and documentation throughout the sales process
Ensure that the 1-hr Hot Lead SLA is met
Comply to the prescribed follow through process (3-6-10)
Look for additional sales opportunities through reorder or upsell during SAM cadence
Know how to calculate margin and where to look for cost information
Build pipeline sufficient to deliver your sales plan
Manage your pipeline by:
Ensure compliance to sales qualification requirement
Timely follow-up on opportunities
Take lead and proactively communicate with partners on channel deals to ensure follow through
Raise urgent issues that pose a risk
Proactively share and collaborate with territory counterpart once opportunities are identified
Share product feedback and market insight with RND team in a timely manner
