We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales/Senior Manager to lead and grow our Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, expanding our client base, and providing strategic leadership to the HAM team. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the HAM sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the HAM team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance and professional development.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HAM or HR technology industry.
Strong understanding of hardware asset management principles and practices, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
