A. Primary functions:
Process orders submitted by sales representatives, handle mail, answer phones, and support to ensure efficient office operations.
B. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to all sales inquiries
Preparation and submission of bids and quotations
Processing and monitoring of client and supplier accreditations
Encoding and generation of sales-related data reports
Preparation and issuance of memos
Coordination on sales' business travel, budgets, liquidations
Assist in inquiring with suppliers
Preparation and issuance and usage client online portals
Assist in advertising and events
Filing of documents
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
C. Job Specifications:
Preferably with experience in clerical job
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly energetic and motivated individuals who are fast learners
