About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Research Assistant who can deliver exceptional customer service through email for internal and external customers and provide a positive and supportive experience on all points of traction.
Job Description
Daily prospecting activities, including processing of information from the list provided by the company.
Identify the contact person(s) and the contact details of the company.
Upload information from MS Excel to Salesforce CRM
Manage and oversee the list of contacts Very and run same contact through other lead verification websites
Contact clients using research tools: Swordfish, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Getmail.io, LinkedIn sales navigator, Etc.
Deliver exceptional customer service through email for internal and external customers and provide a positive and supportive experience on all points of traction.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years related work experience in lead generation, research, or sales database role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity with different tools: Swordfish, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Getmail.io, LinkedIn sales navigator, Etc.
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with a strong focus on critical deadlines and in a timely Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Working hours Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm (Berlin)
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
