Job Description:
Using sales scripts, product knowledge, and communications skills, Telemarketer/Telesales or Sales Representatives generate sales and interest. They work to engage the customer and ask questions that keep the conversation going. They will be assigned with an initial list of accounts that they need to make contact and develop. They will be responsible for the sale from start to finish. Quotas are set which require a telemarketer to make a specified number of calls or reach a minimum target or sales number.
