SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Receiving clients' instructions to render our services
To create quotes at agreed margins
Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients
Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements
Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level
Perform other related duties as requested by the manager.
Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or any related field
With at least (1) year experience in the same field but fresh graduates are welcome
Experience in customer service is an advantage
Ability to work with little supervision and do multi-tasking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows)
