Commission: Closers receive a generous 5% commission on each sale they close.
Sales Target Bonus: Achieve $1,800 in sales in a week and receive a Php 2,000 bonus. Hit $3,000 in sales and earn a Php 4,000 bonus.
Additional Bonus: The top-performing closer, based on dollar amount sales, will receive an additional Php 1,500 bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the United States to introduce products or services.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and interest level in the product or service being offered.
Clearly and persuasively present product or service features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Use persuasive techniques to encourage clients to make a purchase or commit to a sales appointment.
Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but haven't made a decision, nurturing relationships and moving them through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
Qualifications:
More or less 1 yr related experience on commission based sales
With sales experience in IT industry to US customers
Good English and communication skills
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City
Can start ASAP
