I. About the Role
 
JBC UNLTD CORP is looking for enthusiastic sales representatives to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products.
 
A successful sales representative you must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Our ideal candidate must be patient and cool-tempered to deal client complaints and issues.
 
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele.
 
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Do outbound calls using a given phone directory to sell products.
Answer incoming calls and messages from prospective customers.
Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's needs and provide the product as the solution.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
III. Skills and Qualifications
Experience preferred: BPO/KPO-Inbound and Outbound Sales, Telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or other similar over-the-phone/contact center/online work.
Excellent communication skills (high English fluency verbal & written) including good telephone skills.
Strong sales focus/orientation to generate & maximize revenue.
Passionate for delivering a great customer experience, and building & maintaining effective working relationships with customers.
Dynamic personality with a strong drive to satisfy management business goals.
Career & goal oriented and has a positive win-win ideals.
Effective platform skills, strong negotiation skills, and has experience with small/medium business market.
