What You Will Do
Recommend and select services for customers based on their individual needs
Describe services and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
Communicate with customers by phone and by email to understand their needs
Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
Complete administrative tasks as needed
Php 30K + Monthly Uncapped Sales Bonus
Your Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and computer skills
Ability to demonstrate self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs
Able to consistently produce a high volume of quality work
Capable and willing to adapt as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Have a college degree (preferred but not necessary)
Have at least 2 years sales experience or a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) upselling, cross-selling, or retention (preferred but not necessary)
