Job Overview:
 
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team!
 
This role is crucial in driving the growth of our Advisory Board Program by closing deals with new companies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of business needs, and the ability to build strong relationships with founders and CEOs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients for the Advisory Board Program.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including founders and CEOs.
Understand clients' business needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs effectively.
Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our program.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience in selling services or programs to businesses.
Call center experience is required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
Ability to build rapport and trust with high-level executives.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to understand and articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
