Job Description
To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement,
To monitor and update seller's database; and
To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
To handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation,
and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners; and
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience handling Sales Recruitment and Training from a real estate company.
Preferably knowledgeable or with experience in SAP.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Team player and can do multi tasking.
Detail and customer oriented.
Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
