KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To source and attract potential candidates to join Filigree/FAI by using different sourcing channels, such as company career site, job sites, social media networks, pool searches, job fairs, academy relations.
2. To conduct interview and assess qualifications of all endorsed participants including background checking, collate and transmit complete requirements for affiliation purposes.
3. To provide substantial recruitment reports and safe-keep the sellers 201 file and contracts.
4. To research latest market trends and check the effective practices of other competitors that can be used for future recruitment process improvement and recruitment tools.
