About the job Sales Promotions AssociateToyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Sales Promotions Associate to join our Marketing Services Department.In this role, you will focus on managing and executing sales promotions with a strong emphasis on the financial management of these activities, while also supporting dealer marketing initiatives.Your Role and Responsibilities:Sales Promo Management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities (promos, activations, etc.) and analyze data to identify promotional opportunities.
Conceptualize, plan, and implement monthly sales promo activities aligned with business goals.
Provide advertising support to boost campaign effectiveness.
Conduct dealer visits and facilitate discussion regarding promo efficiency and direct feedback.
Dealer Marketing Support
Oversee dealership showroom branding and marketing collateral consistency.
Manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of marketing collaterals.
Develop and implement dealer marketing strategies.
Monitor promo claims and ensure compliance with accounting guidelines.
Coordinate with dealers to ensure smooth execution of promo activities.
Conceptualize, strategize and execution of dealer events.
Our Perfect Match:
You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or Business Management (with background in Sales is an advantage).
You are detail-oriented with strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
You adapt quickly to changes and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
You communicate effectively with internal teams and external dealer partners.
You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring compliance.
Customer focus and collaboration are key strengths.
Skills required:
Strong understanding of financial management related to marketing promotions.
Good analytical and budgeting skills.

Proficient in MS Office and data tracking tools.
Experience in sales promotions, dealer marketing, or finance is an advantage.
