Summary:
RingCentral is seeking a smart and hardworking Project Management professional to lead cross-functional technical and strategic projects across the Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving the execution of prioritized projects and programs to enable transformation, growth, maturity, and scale. You will lead projects that are laying the foundation and helping scale our core internal business systems. You will work cross-functionally with business partners to deliver solutions for our outstanding internal business needs. A successful candidate will have experience operating in fast-paced situations, a solid ability to handle exciting priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking small to large, company-wide, high-demand programs/projects from conceptualization through final implementation and go-live
Provides overall communication and collaborate with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional partners, business sponsors, and vendors
Drive prioritization of business requirements and roadmap
Partner with both technical and non-technical peers to execute on work throughout the project lifecycle
Be responsible for the program schedule, task assignments, and lead schedule progress - from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and leading dependencies
Become a trusted partner with the business and accepted into the business team's inner circle of influence
Understand operational issues and opportunities (business processes), and help drive technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance
Get results; be responsible for the portfolio of projects, and lead projects to achieve desired goals while keeping cross-functional teams accountable
As a PM, you will develop functional process flows, provide business requirements, road-mapping, and portfolio presentations
Essential Skills:
Experience working on sales-related projects (e.g. e-commerce, quoting and ordering systems, pipeline management)
Confirmed experience in running multiple large programs/projects in an enterprise environment
Knowledgeable in using Salesforce as a CRM tool
Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading an internationally distributed team
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of project management with enterprise solutions in SaaS environments
Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations
Capable of learning and adapting quickly
Vibrant and upbeat demeanor, willingness to perform and get things done
Nice to Have:
PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL certifications
Experience handling Quote-to-Cash projects
Experience with Agile methodology
Exposure to driving data analytics, predictive modeling, and automation projects
