TEAM LEADER
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals/consistent with meeting team delivery
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operation
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Discover training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflict
Motivate team members to deliver
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor/Diploma course
With at least 12-36 months of supervisory experience preferably BPO SALES and MARKETING environment (inbound/outbound)
Results driven and people oriented/strategic and tactical in game planning
Strong to excellent communications skills to liaise with other stakeholders and be able close accounts.
Willing to work permanent night shifts but WEEKENDS OFF
Willing to work permanently in ORTIGAS PASIG CITY
