Job Description:
Serve as a point of contact for after-sales support transactions.
Prepare documentation requirements related to Ohmyhome's accreditation with external partners (i.e. banks)
Sort buyer's documents as per terms of payments (e.g. bank financing)
Ensure completion of documentation requirements for every sales closed.
Monitor the payment progress of every account and assist in the home loan application with partner banks.
Maintain a tracker of documents from the re-sale/secondary market sales.
Liaise with legal departments on the review of legal documents.
Assist in the broker recruitment, expansion, and accreditation.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or Equivalent
Wth at least 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the real estate industry.
Flexible, analytical and willing to extend working hours.
With good oral and written communication skills.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Administration and Coordination Commercial Real Estate 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
