As part of the RingCentral Global Operations team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
The Sales Operations Manager will support the Lifecycle Customer Marketing, Adoption team. This team is tasked with improving our customers' return on investment in RingCentral solutions by enabling them to utilize all the benefits of being a RingCentral customer. We take a holistic view of the customer journey to drive automated activation, nurture, and growth initiatives to improve product adoption, engagement, and reduce churn. Some of these initiatives include data-driven customer communications through email and in-product communication campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a successful track record of "full-stack" analytics, from requirements gathering to data modeling and communicating insights that drive rapid growth for our growing suite of solutions. You will be an active member of a startup-style growth team, not a number-cruncher sitting on the sidelines.
Responsibilities:
Provide analytics support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods
Work closely with sales directors to improve analytical tools and achieve business objectives
Develop periodical performance monitoring dashboards, reports, and metrics
Drive project achievements from start to finish
Actively drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk reports management
Assess and detail key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve achievements
Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
Must-Have:
More than 3 years of business process design, consulting experience, or similar work experience
Data Manipulation; can drive end-to-end projects
Advanced knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications, sophisticated formula and macro creation required (Excel - Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards
Nice to have:
Proficiency with Tableau or Alteryx considered a plus
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to inspire change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to capture, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
Ability to optimally prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items
Willing to do night shifts
