Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Analyst II exists to provide standard to complex reporting for NARS sales teams and leadership. This position will deal with issues of moderate complexity which require decision making and creative solutions. This position will provide consistency and quality in data and reporting and will create synergies across the Sales Organization. This position also ensures sufficient training and backup of all departmental processes and responsibilities.
Accountabilities:
Specialized
Maintain Reports & Dashboards in Salesforce
Error troubleshooting
Maintain data sanity
Intelligize NICE Rule Writing
Write and Load Credit Rules
Map out Credit Rules to Plan Components
Create Plan Component templates
Create Transaction and Summary Calculators
Create Table References for rates, bonuses and payouts
Coordinate with the Business Unit Business Analyst(s) on Plan Component requirements
Maintaining Commercial Review Deck
General
Translate strategic plans, sales org and territory designs into physical account assignments and other dependent systems/processes
Understand the impact that account assignment changes have on business processes
Analyze new accounts coming in on a monthly basis and ensure proper assignment was made minimizing the impact to compensation and sales' views of accounts
Reduce stray accounts, duplicate accounts and straggling accounts/agreements
Opportunity upload in Salesforce and tracking the same for reporting purposes
Training new team members on SalesOps processes
Handle ad hoc tasks or projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Technical Competencies:
1. Proficient in MS Office Suite particularly Excel
2. Working knowledge in Salesforce, NICE
3. Quick study; Ability to learn new systems & tools
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
2. 3+ years in operations or sales support role
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. High level of attention to detail
5. Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
6. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision or instructions
