Thirdera is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for coordination and management of sales cycle execution. Including optimization of the "bid to execute" workflow. This job will act as key player to ensure a seamless experience from sales to services. Working closely with delivery and sales resources this position will help create a more frictionless sales experience for our customers. Managing each aspect of the close process to ensure a smooth handoff of the customer.
In addition, this position will provide key guidance around RFP capture activities and deployment of company resources towards these pursuits. The Sales operations team will manage deal desk activities as well as provide reporting on opportunity compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Closed won process validation.
MSA management
Sales to Services workflow management
RFP desk, including resource alignment and analysis.
Contract and Legal routing and coordination
Opportunity forecasting deal schedule analysis
SLA tracking for presales resources
Deployment registration
Resource Request process
Opportunity health validation
Requirements:
BS degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
5+ years of experience in IT Consulting Industry doing sales, consultative sales
Strong Analytical Skills
Familiarity with databases and sales software
Understanding of sales performance metrics
