That means making sure paperwork gets done, follow-ups happen, and customers have what they need, without us having to chase it down.You'll work closely with Sales, Customers, and other internal teams to keep things smooth, efficient, and on track. The role will evolve, and we need someone who's not only okay with that, but thrives in it.What you'll be doing:Managing onboarding workflows: contracts, follow-ups, coordinationSupporting new customers as they get started and need helpKeeping sales organized and informed, especially as needs evolveEventually contributing to light marketing or customer outreach effortsThis is a full-time, onsite role aligned with Manila daytime hours (starting as early as 6:00 a.m.).We move fast, change often, and expect you to grow with us.
