JOB DESCRIPTION
open & develop new accounts
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Assist in planning, organizing, directing and controlling aspect of operations to improve proficiency and efficiency of Sales Team
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
Inventory stock and reorder when necessary
Formulate pricing policies and accuracy
Utilize information technology to record sales figures for data analysis
Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor 5 Yrs. & up experienced employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
With background on fast moving consumer goods distribution. Possess the ability to be keen on details, patience and with good working attitude
Full-Time position(s) available.
