SALES OFFICER
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
The individual in this role is responsible for sourcing and prospecting potential client and closing deals by introducing the company and product by conducting sales presentations leading to client purchase. He is also responsible in keeping track of the end-to-end progress of accounts handled.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with clients
Promote, market and offer product/s to achieve sales goals and targets
Assist higher management in overseeing activities of Sales Team
Assist in training and developing new sales officers
DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect potential clients and understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their current requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Promote specific products as directed by Management through conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and completion of projects.
Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis to track performance.
Maintains confidentiality of all financial, Sales transactions and administrative tasks.
Maintains Sales and administrative processes by following policies and procedures and reports change(s) needed.
Responsible for the day to day implementation of the following such as, but not limited to:
Attendance and participation in all trainings, and development programs.
Comply with the Company's Code of Discipline, Company standard operating procedures and policies.
Attend engagement activities, such as but not limited to:
Companywide events
Team meetings
Teambuilding
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Other tasks assigned from time to time.
DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct cold and warm sales calls
Manage and Maintain list of prospected clients
Establish and Maintain client relationship
Attend pre-bid, clarificatory meetings
Prepare pre-bid/accreditation documents
Conduct product presentation
Generate proposals/quotation as requested by client
Ensure completion of projects awarded end-to-end
Do courtesy calls with stakeholders

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS
Male
With driver's license of restriction 1, 2
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two-years applicable or relevant work experience
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong Business orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with customers.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
Strong presentation/floor skills
