About the role
Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is looking for a proactive and results‐driven SNDG Officer to join our team in Cebu City. This full‐time role is responsible for supporting sales network expansion, monitoring partner performance, and implementing strategies that strengthen our sales channels and drive overall business growth.
What you'll be doing
Support the development and expansion of the company's sales network by identifying potential partners and market opportunities.
Monitor, assess, and enhance the performance of sales channels to ensure alignment with business goals.
Facilitate partner onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Conduct or assist in sales training sessions, demonstrating a strong ability to coach, guide, and equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
Collect and analyze market insights to support strategic planning, partner engagement, and the execution of sales initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
3-5 years of experience in sales support, channel management, or network development
Strong grasp of sales processes, partner management, and market trends
Capable of conducting sales training and effectively coaching partners
Analytical, organized, and an effective communicator
Proactive, results‐oriented, and comfortable in a fast‐paced sales environment
