As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who can help support business operations, strengthen client relationships, and execute marketing initiatives to grow the brand across both retail and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the overall sales process - from client coordination, order monitoring, and reporting, to ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions.
Assist in implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and brand objectives.
Help manage promotional activities, social media content, and online marketing campaigns.
Initiate development of sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials for clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely business operations.
Monitor performance of sales and marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on results.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is an advantage.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
